Moved – [Tsukiji Market] Boiled anago at Yonehana (米花)

I had breakfast at Yonehana (米花). Recently there are some vacant seats when I get to there at weekdays’ 7 a.m. I’m so happy that I can eat breakfast slowly in the house again.

I knew that day’s breakfast was boiled conger eel with soy sauce in advance and I felt like eating it. Yonehana’s boiled conger eel is awesome.

As you see, it was boiled until being very soft. This sauce go with wasabi very well.

The conger eel was easy to break, so, I was very careful with taking it with chopsticks and put it on the rice.

This is “small dish”. But soft konbu seaweed and eggplants stuck out ! Those were seasoned with sesame sauce. Its appearance might be not good, but it was delicious 🙂
