I heard Hida Takayama have the 2nd most populated hamburger shop in Japan. We visited there at dinner time. The restaurant’s name is Center 4 Hamburgers. Their most popular hamburger is Hida beef hamburger ! And this is a only hamburger shop in Hida Takayama.
It is a very small restaurant. But we can reserve at dinner time in advance.
It is cozy and nice restaurant. They don’t want guests take photos except foods. So, I didn’t take photos of interior.
By the way, they sometimes temporarily close. So you’d better ask on the phone or see Facebook or Instagram before visiting there. Pink square is closed day.
I ordered Liver pate hamburger.
Beef patty and liver putty. That’s delicious.
And this is Hida beef hamburger. It have pickles and fried potatoes. 100% Hida beef patty seasoned with salt and pepper only was like steak. Limited quantity. If you want to eat it, you’d better reserve just on their opening time.
Onion ring was crisp and delicious. It’s good for at least 2 people.
I think their hamburgers and onion ring go with their various beer in stock very well.
