When I was in Kaohsiung during my trip in Taiwan, I stayed in front of Kaohsiung Black Soymilk King (高雄黑豆漿). So, I had breakfast at there. I have to say in advance, they are already moved. They became closer to 正義車站 (Zhengyi station). And nothing has changed about their menu, business style and business hours. But perhaps their name has changed to “全加豆漿”.
By the way, what happend to their upstairs ? Yes, I’m sure that they needed to move…
We can see kitchen very well from outside.
We can bring drinks from the refrigerator. Of course, they have normal white soymilk, they also have black soymilk. Black soymilk is their specialty.
There’re a variety of foods on the menu. I heard they have English and Japanese menu. So, if you ask, they’ll hand it to you.
There’re tables inside and outside the shop. There’s smell of exhaust gas a bit along the street. But I was seated outside. My breakfast. Small size of black soymilk, Cheese omelet and Taro bread.
This is the black soy milk. Small size was 25 TWD. It’s their specialty. I couldn’t find any difference between black soy milk and white soy milk in its tastes. But I heard black soy milk is more nutritious.
Cheese omelet. The lady cooked it after my order. So, it was still hot and crisp. So tasty. Cheese melted. Taiwanese put sweet sauce onto this omelet. But I don’t like the sweet sauce and I didn’t need any seasonings for this crisp omelet.
Right one is taro bread. It have taro pastes inside the bread. It’s similar to Japanese anpan. The pastes was sweet and good. This bread have lower water content than anpan, so soy milk was helpful.
