I visited Yonehana (米花) in Tsukiji Market after a long absence.
I just said Good morning. So chef’s choice came automatically. That day’s my breakfast.
You understand ? This is oden. But normal oden because it’s too large ! This is called “Yonehana standard”. But this daikon radish is so tasty.
This is young tuna. It’s so fatty.
And while eating I ordered a spit-roasting duck’s meat and green onion. It had well-roasted smell and juicy. It’s my dessert.
