I rarely eat rice gruel. Only when I’m sick.
But I felt like eating rice gruel because I saw the photo of the rice gruel on my friend’s blog. It seemed very good.
It is the restaurant. Hau-Hau-Tei.
Nevertheless it was Friday, the restaurant didn’t have much guests. It is in Ginza, but it stands on back alley, so there weren’t much people walking along the street.
Just when I tried to take the picture of its appearance, some people walked along the street, and another got out from the buildings somehow.
But that day, merry fellows enjoyed eating in a banquet in the restaurant.
We sat at a counter seats.
And we decided eating fried foods.
Fried gizzards and garlic shoot (砂肝とにんにくの芽の炒め物)
It was tasty, but we were a little worried about that it’d make our breath stronger 😛
There were many kinds of rice gruel on the menus and it was hard for me to decide my rice gruel smoothly. But finally, I choiced a rice gruel with century eggs (ピータン粥)
This rice gruel was moderately salted and those century eggs were good. So, though I had thought rice gruel is for sick person ever, but I want to eat rice for daily from now on 🙂
