I went to Tsukiji Market with some minds what I would have eaten at breakfast. The restaurants located outside Tsukiji Market is cold, so I went in Tsukiji Market. But I couldn’t decide my breakfast even though I reached there. I went toward to “Yajima”, but the restaurant is nearly full, so I entered neighborhood Katou (和食かとう).
I wanted to eat taradofu (たら豆腐). Taradofu is soft roe and tofu. It’s warming food. Miso soup ingredients are nameko mushrooms, soft tofu, chives and shungiku.
some pickled vegetables. It’s pickled nasu (eggplant). Codfishes were soft and sweet.
I’m very happy to eat soft roe in the morning. I could hardly catch any cut from codfish because there were sinking at the bottom 😛 .
I cooked soft roe the other day, and it tasted bad. After all, I decide to eat soft roe at restaurants :p
And now, Kato serves oysters hotpot, too. I recommend it, too.
