When I had something to do at Yotsuya, I dropped in at the ramen shop Kouya (支那そば屋 こうや). Their ramen is a tastes of my memory. I used to eat Ramen Mogi (らーめん茂木) in at lunchtime when I worked in Sangen-Chaya. Mogi’s chef trained at Kouya before he opened his shop. The tastes of wonton noodle is very close.
This is the wonton noodles. The tastes is familiar to me. Especially, this wonton like meat balls ! Fatty tonkotsu-based soup go with wonton.
I was glad that I can enjoy this tastes at Yotsuya with easily. Sangen-chaya is very far. But I should eat Mogi’s ramen all the same. I think so stronger after I ate ramen at Kouya.
By the way, the potion of ramen is very large at Kouya. So, you’d better go there with empty stomach. Especially wonton is big. It have 5 big wontons !
