[Tokyo] Mogami-gamo duck ramen at Menya yoshiki (鴨出汁中華蕎麦 麺屋yoshiki) in Shin-Koiwa

I heard Menya yoshiki (鴨出汁中華蕎麦 麺屋yoshiki) updated their menu in March. So, I had lunch at there with my friend after long absence. I liked their ramen, but I rarely visited there because there were always so many people waiting. They are so popular still now, there weren’t many people waiting when we got to there because of the brazing sun. Still we waited for 30 minutes or so.

Though they have menus at on the table, we need to buy tickets at the vending machine. Regular menu. Ramen. They have two types of ramen. Sio (salt) and shoyu (soy sauce). Both have soup stock of Mogami-gamo duck.

Though they have tsukemen, they don’t prepare it everyday. They inform us about tsukemen on X (Twitter).

I ordered special sio ramen. This looking says “I’m delicious !”. Actually, this sophisticated soup had abundant extract of Mogami-gamo duck. Delicious. This soup have duck and water only. Though it had much fats of ducks. But it’s not greasy at all. The flavor of yuzu citrus is good.

And this curly noodles had springy texture.

And the duck meat was juicy ! Also the yolk was half-cooked and good.

And my friend ordered special shoyu ramen. It had strong and sharp tastes of soy sauce. And the fat of duck added mild tastes. Though it’s good, I felt the extract of duck and potherb were weak because the soy sauce flavor was strong. I agreed the gap of 200 yen. Toppings are as same as sio ramen.

But I like it because the sharpness of soy sauce was good.
