When I was walking around the Namba area with my frined, I came across this café, and it immediately caught my attention. The next day, we decided to visit Cafe Mog Namba (mog難波店).

We later found out that this café is well-known for its pancakes. It is a branch of the popular café “Voivoi” in Sangenjaya, Tokyo. We arrived 30 minutes before opening, and people kept coming one after another. By the time the café opened, more than 30 people were waiting in line.

In front of the café, there was a menu board displaying various pancake options with photos. They offer eight different types of pancakes, both as desserts and meals.
Since we planned to visit other places to eat, we decided to share one pancake. We ordered the Classic butter milk pancake. It came with two fluffy pancakes, butter, and syrup—simple yet delicious. The texture was soft and spongy, and it wasn’t overly sweet, which made it very pleasant to eat. I drizzled syrup and spread butter on top before taking a bite.

For my drink, I chose Afternoon tea. The pot contained about three cups’ worth of tea, which was perfect for a relaxing break.
