I took my mother to Noji Onzen in Fukushima. On arriving at Fukushima station, we went to Sobanchu (三立十割 蕎麦人) to have lunch at first because we were hungry. They are located close to Fukushima station.
They have some counter seats and several tables. We were brought to the counter seats. And I ordered kake soba. Kake soba is simple soba. It have soba and hot soup only. Their soba is rather narrow. And the soup stock have plenty of extract of dried bonito and it’s rather sweet. Good.
My mother ate tempura soba. Her soba is as same as my soba. It had four tempura. Eggplant, shrimp, pumpkin and sweet pepper. They prepared rock salt and matcha salt. It looks yummy. But I couldn’t eat tempura because I had trainsick a bit. She said it’s delicious.
