Several years have passed since I visited Tsukiji for breakfast last time. I had breakfast at Tadokoro Shokuhin (田所食品) along Monzeki street last month. There’re many new shops. But my delight shop Tadokoro is still there. I was glad.
They sell fish roe mainly, and they were store. But they started to serve spaghetti and ochazuke at there a few years ago. They had only 5 seats, but now, there’re some tables without chairs along the road.
They have spaghetti, sashimi bowl, ochazuke. And they have morning set having frilled salmon , rice and so on. It cost 600 yen and it’s available from 6 – 9 a.m.
And another, they show their menu on Instagram. Recently prices are changeable (higher) at any restaurants. This is the latest price.
I know I eat this spaghetti only at Tadokoro. This time, too. This spaghetti is thick. They bake spaghetti and salmon with butter and soy sauce. You can imagine easily. It’s really high calorie 😛 It have mitsuba leaves and salmon roe on it.
Butter, soy sauce, salmon… It’s definitely delicious. Though I want to try mentaiko spaghetti, I order it every time after all. By the way, there’s Butter rice with salmon and salmon roe on the menu. But I highly recommend it because it have rice separately. We can eat both spaghetti and butter rice after all if we order this spaghetti. So, we need to leave some ingredients like this. And then hand the plate to the staff and say “rice, please”.
I mixed well altogether. Then butter rice was complete. The staff put much rice on the plate, so I felt full.
Spaghetti also have soup having flying fish broth. It had refreshing tastes. I heard it’s good to pour the soup into the plate and eat like ochazuke. I want to try next time !
