Toritoh (鳥藤) next to Kato (かとう) always attracted me, but I didn’t have a chance to visit. But finally, I had breakfast at there. Toritoh is a wholesalers of chicken meat and they have some shop in Tsukiji area. And many shops and restaurants in this area and Ginza area use their chicken.
I didn’t decide what to eat , but I entered the shop and saw menu. Their specialty is oyakodon all the same. So, I decided to eat oyakodon. But they have several oyakodon. I ordered oyakodon with salt flavor because I thought it’s not sweet and strong flavor.
Beaten egg is almost raw. I like raw egg. So, it’s just for me ! Those chickens meat dressed with beaten egg is good. But unexpectedly it was sweet. Umm. I want to try another oyakodon. Oyakodon have chicken soup, too. It was very good 🙂
